The jury consists of a group of experienced and dedicated individuals who share our vision that the board work of the future should be characterized by diversity, competence, and courage. As jury members, they bring unique perspectives, from the capabilities of board chairs and operational experience to ownership leadership, sustainability governance, and digital transformation.
The jury is responsible for reviewing and evaluating the nominations for deb. Awards, with the aim of highlighting impactful board work that is:

  • Forward-looking: Boards and members who not only uphold good governance but actively create value for the future.

  • Diverse in perspective: Boards that combine different backgrounds, competencies, and experiences, where this diversity contributes to better decision-making.

  • Result-oriented and socially responsible: Work that is assessed not only on traditional financial outcomes but also on the ability to take responsibility and contribute to a more sustainable business environment.
