Anna Mossberg is an experienced board professional, currently serving on the boards of leading companies including Swisscom, Swedbank and Ringier.

She brings a strong background from some of the world’s most influential technology companies, including Google and Deutsche Telekom, with extensive experience at the intersection of business, technology and strategy.

Katarina Bonde is one of Sweden’s most experienced board professionals, with an extensive track record as both Chair and board member in Sweden and internationally. With a long career spanning both the US and Europe, she brings deep experience across technology, investments and corporate governance, particularly in companies navigating growth, change and transformation.

Today, she serves as Chair of Powercell Group and Mentimeter, and as a board member of companies including ATG, Viaplay Group and Mycronic. She is also member of Nasdaq Stockholm Listing Committee.

Marianne is a Swedish-qualified lawyer, English solicitor, and partner at DLA Piper. She advises on M&A, joint ventures, corporate governance and cross-border transactions, as well as banking and finance with extensive experience in project financing, real estate financing and green finance.

She also advises on cross-border matters involving China, including transactions shaped by the evolving geopolitical and regulatory landscape.

Adam Kostyál has been with Nasdaq for the more than 20 years. He currently is the President of Nasdaq Stockholm and also manages the Listing franchise for Nasdaq in Europe. This includes the Nasdaq Stockholm, Nasdaq Copenhagen, and Nasdaq Helsinki listing offering. In addition he also manages the listing offering for Nordic companies wanting to list or dual list in the US.

Prior to his current role Adam held various positions within Nasdaq and prior to this with Cell Network, Bloomberg and Enron. He holds a B.A in Economics and Marketing from Vrije Universiteit, Bruxelles, and speaks four languages including English, Swedish, Italian and French.

Malin Lindfors Speace is CEO and Senior Advisor at Ethos, a boutique sustainability advisory firm. With over 25 years of experience in sustainable business development, Malin is engaged to lead complex transformation projects across global organisations and value chains – from strategy in the boardroom to implementation throughout the business.

Malin has particularly deep expertise in defence, industry and infrastructure, spanning private companies, publicly listed corporations and public sector organisations. She has led strategic initiatives, change management programmes, and executive management and board processes, focusing on translating sustainability into commercial opportunities, investment decisions and competitive advantage.
