With these awards we celebrate individuals and boards that are shaping the future of governance: diverse in thought, bold in action, and devoted to creating real effect.

Regina Sipos.
Chair of deb. and Peafowl Plasmonics and recently appointed Chair of Zimply, and she also holds a leading role in Social-Digital Innovation Initiative as founder and director. With deep expertise in social tech, innovation, and the intersection of technology and society, she is skilled in evaluating impact, innovation leadership, and board dynamics.
Anna Mossberg.
Board member at Volvo Cars, Swedbank, Ringier, and Swisscom, with extensive experience in technology, innovation, and corporate governance. She has held senior leadership roles at Google, Deutsche Telekom, and as CEO of Silo AI. With her focus on sustainable leadership and digital transformation, she brings a forward-looking perspective to our jury.
Maria Hedengren.
Currently serves on the boards of Hemnet, Mips AB, Smart Eye, Stillfront Group and Scila AB, and is Chair of Feminvest Holding AB.
With extensive background in scaling tech companies (former CFO of iZettle, CEO of Readly) and deep experience in corporate governance, she brings a powerful combination of strategic insight, financial acumen, and board-level perspective to deb.awards as a jury member.
