We are assisting a Nordic video communications company in strengthening its board by adding a female board member to complement its currently all-male board.

The company is a scale-up with approximately 50 MSEK in ARR, one of the market leaders in the Nordics, and is looking to potentially start expanding internationally.

What They Are Looking For
• Female board member
• Within the company’s ICP (enterprise communications)
• Background within Communications or Marketing at a large enterprise
• Ability to help with marketing & positioning strategy
• Ability to represent the customer in the board room
