Navigating through CSRD:

The Board's Responsibilities and Commitments.

EU is making great strides in sustainability, and the strategy "A Green Deal" was launched in December 2019. To achieve this strategy, the EU directive CSRD is now being introduced, compelling boards to take increased responsibility for companies' sustainability efforts. CSRD will become Swedish law in early 2024, forcing companies to review everything from strategy to goals and competence development. Companies must also establish and verify sustainability data according to a new standard.

We will go through the board's responsibilities on this matter and provide tips and tools. We will highlight the challenges and opportunities, as companies today must balance innovation with existing business.
