deb. promoting diversity, inclusion and forefront board work in corporate governance, is proud to announce the launch of its largest cohort ever this fall, with 76 participants selected after a thurral application period. This milestone reflects the increasing demand from both companies seeking diverse and competent talent and individuals eager to contribute to board-level decision-making.

This training program, offered in both Swedish and English, is designed to prepare candidates for the unique challenges and responsibilities of board service. It provides comprehensive training that equips participants with the skills and insights necessary to reflect today’s society, and thrive in executive roles.
